The service at the fitting room was very disappointing. The two male malay staffs were rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I hope Padini will look into improving staff attitude and training, as this experience made me unwilling to visit.

Extremely disappointed to tourist, went there and plan to buy things. I brought a coffee and the man staff with bald hair drove me away in not a very nice way. I asked if there is a place to put my coffee so I can shop there, he insist no. I hope you have solution for people with drinks and have a better manner to the customers.
