I had a wonderful experience with Joey, who's a brilliant SA for Patek Philippe. His knowledge and attentiveness is superb. I've always felt that the Cortina group is the best watch AD in Malaysia and Joey embodies it thoroughly. It isn't a surpise why this is the best Patek boutique in the country.
