A bit far from my house but I like to go there for the great service. Usually go after lunch hours, have less customers. Staff are usually friendly. Yesterday's service by the staff was exceptional! She helped me save some cost of sending parcel overseas.

Renew road tax for 2 car and renew 1 driving license. Less than 5 minutes settled. Service very fast. Have been visited this branch since 4 year ago after discover their staff work efficiently.

Decent and not busy that much. So every transaction and services are faster then other pos office. Easily to be notice after you reach right corner on that 3rd floor elavator. Next to food area and of course lunch is the most preferred time …

The staff working at counter 4 (on December 8th) was very very very rude, not first the time i have experienced it, happened a few times already. She gave very bad service.

Friendly and helpful staffs, sometime they are short handed that's why they could not answer calls, and other inquiries. Overall best place for you one stop bill payments, and other postal service needs.

Quiet on a weekday lunch time. Get a number from a small box on the left side of the counters. English available. Staff ok. This mall seems to be dead but there's a few food options around, too, to combine with a postcard trip.
