Never have I experienced such a horrible service. The employees at the counters talk to customers as if they are doing us a favour, especially counter 2 with TELLER: 23520ROKIAH. I never leave reviews but after such a bad experience, I felt obligated to.

Worse experience ever! Was there on Sunday afternoon arnd 2:30pm. There was not a single customer but the 2 staffs behave as if the whole world owe them a living! So rude & arrogant 🙄 Very unfriendly & unhelpful. Whatever U ask, they said don't know - only know how to throw U alot of abbreviated quotes. What the hell! …

I was here yesterday at 5:00pm, took a number and was served by 5:15pm. The lady at the counter was pleasant and helpful. Initially I was quite sceptical after reading the poor reviews but so glad that didn't happen. Thank you Pos Malaysia Sunway Pyramid for the great service.

Came to renew my driving licence at 4:30pm on Thursday. Finished within 5 minutes. Staffs were efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend this outlet. Use the escalator between KFC and Taco Bell to go down a floor.
