. Might as well put on google you're not open from 6pm to 7pm. Horrible. Come all the way to buy dog food for nothing. Want customer to wait 1 hour for their 'break' while that employee is inside chilling.

This is the only Pet Lovers Centre that is closed an hour for lunch & dinner. And the worst part is there is no fixed time. Suka suka 1-2pm. Or 1.50-2.50. This is really ridiculous as it's so inconvenient for the customers. I've been a Pet Lovers VIP members for almost 20 years staying nearby here & this ridiculous practice only started few mths ago
