I gave them a call at around 1.20pm Sunday but no one is picking up… So, I asked my husband to go for walk in purchase but no staff around. Err….seriously? Should customer just pick up item left the money on the counter and left? Is that how it works?

Went in the store at 10.14pm and wanted to buy foods for my kids but straightly said -oh dah closing- no sorry no thank you no nothing. And when i go through the google review the visitors are mostly pissed. Well at least a sorry? I know they can actually wait for the customers but they chose not to. Was planning to just grab the cat food lesser than 5minutes. Absolutely sassy attitude.

My go to pet shop in klang valley. Service is always with a smile and helpful. Staff always looks happy to work there. And they always stock up on my cat's favourite stuff. Win

Please screen through your hamster breeders properly as the winter white purchased from your Aeon Mall Shah Alam branch was actually interbred with Campbell species. It is very aggressive despite continuous effort to tame it. You should take responsibility for selling a hybrid species with behavioural issues.
