Very slow services and not friendly staff. Staff didn’t tick the checklist and we have to wait for long time even though not many customers. The best part is staff (Amirah) ‘throw’ the ice cream to our table after we asked her where is the ice cream (for two times).

Rude service, long wait for food (1 pizza 1hour) but the restaurant is no crowded. food is big difference with manu. Mushroom soup is waterly and tested less....worst pizza hut in melaka.

So last week me and my family went to have pizzahut in melaka but, we couldn't find it anywhere so we checked on google and it said it was near us and open but we still couldn't find ut, so we asked one of the staff in the mall and they said it has already been closed.
