i bought a gold for a gift and i change my mind so i want to sell it. they said cannot sell in here . they dont want to accept their own gold . that makes me wonder it seems their quality not good and they sell with higher price , so i feel scammed thats weird that gold store dont want to buy back gold that they sell .

Went to Poh Kong One Utama to search for wedding band but the staff who attended us is not proactive at all to recommend the product. He was sitting there silently and murmuring his answer when we asked questions. The choices of wedding band also very limited. End up we just walked away from the shop.

Poor service, visited to enquire on fixing an old jewelry but was hosted lousy. Original intention was to purchase diamond ring and pendant after my enquiry, walk out of the shop not purchasing. Went to another goldsmith shop and got my purchase. Will jot go back to this Poh Kong outlet. I get better service from their other branch.
