Worst customer service ever, very slow. Want to reset pin also taking more than 2 hours. I went to public bank station 18 ipoh to create account didn’t took more than 30 minutes compared here. please improve the services, not all ppl have time to go bank

The customer service is ridiculously slow. I arrived at 2pm, but only one counter is working. While I need to wait to 6 numbers, it takes more than 30 minutes for a queue number at the counter 16. That’s really disappointing.

Customer service is tooooooo slow. Taking too much time chatting with the same few customers, not bothering the tickets queue is long. Average serving time: 30 minutes per ticket.
