Staff named Joey is very rude. We approached her nicely only to be treated like she owns the brand. This doesn’t just stop at her but also her colleagues, please hire staffs with a bare minimum of manners

Had a great experience at Puma Sunway Pyramid outlet. Big thanks to Ika , she was super helpful and friendly throughout. I managed to get the shoes that my girlfriend was looking for and she loved it . Will definitely comeback to this outlet again, highly recommend!

Congratulations to the opening of the newest, largest and first flagship Puma store in Southeast Asia. Amazed by the huge product line available in this Puma store located in sunway pyramid. Latest designs of sportwear, sports shoes and street wearable. Thumbs up.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit to this puma sunway pyramid store. The staff demonstrated impressive knowledge and were incredibly proud of the service their provided. I especially impressed by how their explain the product very well & very soft-spoken and courteous I was able to purchase my dream shoes even the crowd on weekend is very pack but the staff name Danny treat me very well , and the entire shopping experience with the staff name Danny was enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for making my day so special Danny! I will be back to find you again! 🤟🏻
