Had a great experience dealing with Max for our reservation. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He also sends a reminder before the booking to reconfirm, which is very thoughtful. Max is attentive and tries his best to accommodate customers’ needs. Really appreciate his excellent service!

I've seen many Rakuzen outlets before but this is the first time trying it out. The atmosphere, food and service are all good. Worth the price paid. A slight dissatisfaction is that the photo doesn't look like the dish. The portion looks more in the photo unlike the real one.

Love the attention to detail here. The wet towel. Bryan was always checking on our needs. The dishes was good and still very value for money. Definitely recommend. Quieter during public holidays or dinner time.
