I bought Rotiboy and Roticheese around 11:30 AM. I ate them about 5 minutes later after getting into my car. Unfortunately, both breads had a strong eggy smell, were cold, chewy, and didn’t taste fresh at all. Quite disappointing, as I expected them to be warm and freshly baked.

I purchased 8 original rotiboy (takeaway) from the outlet. Almost all the buns are burnt. I gave my own bag and quickly left as the queue was long. Upon reaching home I realised the burnt rotiboys. My kids are so disappointed. No proper quality checking and these buns should never be on the shelf.
