Went there to get a retirement gift for 1 of my bosses. Got him a mug, for him to enjoy his morning coffee ;). The staff, Emily was very helpful. She expertly helped to nicely wrap the box with a ribbon. Store doesn't keep large number of stocks, better call to check with the staff on the items availability.

The sales associate that attended me was really friendly but I do wish they had more options for cuff links. Lucky coin or a cloud design for a loved one is appropriate any time of the year though.

Royal Selangor here is a small but reasonably well-supplied outlet with wide variety of branded souvenirs and friendly personnel. It isn't easily trackable, but worth visiting.
