Staff are not really friendly from my experience especially the male staff. He looks more senior. Bought a large luggage here before my trip, after coming back the luggage key is bent. The guy said someone tried to open it forcefully. Strangely only one key is bent the other one is ok. I say it’s the key that isn’t durable

Both of the worker was buzy with a customer that buying a lot but ignoring my mom concerns that we needed to ask and service was the worst as they judge us like we can’t afford to buy the luggage which we didn’t get as we felt that is not worth to buy there.

Had a pleasant experience at this outlet. Went in around 9.30pm but those 2 staffs ( Alina and Sullamah) still able to serve and attend to all our queries and in the end I bought 2 bags. Quite happy with the staff and the hospitality shown. Keep it up❤️
