There is 'Shopback' QR code pasted at the counter so I thought to use the app as payment method. But turned out we cannot pay by the app in that outlet. Funny, cuz the app stated that Jayaone outlet was included for the cashback promotion. Should have just remove the qr code instead of making people confused.

Went to Sangkaya @ Jaya One on 29/10/2022 somewhere between 7:45pm to 8:00 pm for my father's birthday. I had told my parents that Sangkaya is great ice cream and we should try it. It was a horrible dissapointment and a big mistake. ā¦

They take a one hour break between 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The mall management should take stern action as they was no prior notice

Have been a long time Sangkaya fan since their very first store opening in Malaysia. Iām surprised to see so many new flavours and varieties and I must say they all taste just as amazing, especially original and Teh tarik! ššš ā¦

Had an original coconut flavour blended drink,perfect for an afternoon drink. It was refreshing with authentic fresh ingredients but it's not great taste till I would be mesmerised to must haves the drink again. ā¦

I always love coconut flavoured ice cream, but some of the toppings are a bit much for me. Overall, the ice cream itself is still tasty and sweet

As with most of other reviews. Definitely need to change the staff. Was there yesterday. I can say it was the worst experience in my entire life. Luckily I had self control. She didn't even said a word throughout the whole transaction. Not ā¦
