No doubt abt it. Taste is as goid as before. For yrs hv been trying others but still comes back to this one in Changi Village. The price is still maintain as one of the lowest. Sometime can be a one off thingy abt the quality. But I believe they are open to feedback. Recommended.

We ordered the ayam penyet which supposedly come with chicken rice. The rice doesnt taste like chicken rice at all , like blend of white rice with some chicken rice flavor. Obviously the seller has no idea how to make chicken rice. The …

Getting this ayam penyet from this stall neear to the wet market. Good to brief fried the chicken thigh when I placed the order. Hot & Crispy that was the result, although not the entire portion remained juicy. The rice was kinda dry.

Beautifully plated and presented. Large lettuce leaf with a solitary tomato, crunchy cucumber slices and a small bowl of soup. A dash of onion sprinkles on a rounded serving of chicken infused rice. The chicken skin is perfectly crisp, the meat tender and definitely flavourful. But the killer win goes to the accompanying chilli. Perfect accompaniment to the generous chicken portion. A steal at $5.50. Have a friend to thank for this recommendation.

Kitty and I were cycling through Changi Village, known for its nasi lemak, when we stumbled upon Sari Bistari. Kitty had heard about their Ayam Penyet and was eager to try it. Our first attempt was unsuccessful, they were sold out. But we returned the next day, and it was totally worth it. The fried chicken was incredible. The meat was incredibly tender, and the skin was perfectly crisp, the best fried chicken either of us has ever had, surpassing even the nasi lemak in Changi Village. It was so good. If you're visiting Changi Village, even if you're a nasi lemak fan like Kitty, you absolutely have to try Sari Bistari's Ayam Penyet.

Not sure what BR Wong review is about. The rice in Nasi Ayam Penyet is supposed to be normal white rice, and not chicken rice. If you want chicken rice, order the normal Nasi Ayam, not Nasi Ayam Penyet. In my opinion, their sambal makes the dish. Delicious.

Very nice ayam penyet with fragrant chicken rice. The chili is different from the usual. A little sweet yet kicks a punch. Worth every penny! Was $5.50
