Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't bother me while I was searching and walking around the shop. Went to one of the staff to ask once I couldn't locate the item I want and was sad they discontinued the item I wanted (Haruhada (?) horse oil for my skin). Tried the horse oil lotion instead. Still works!

The staff is being aloof to me and my friend. When we asked for eyeliner sample just to have a look at the brush, the staff ignored us and continued doing her own stuff, moreover me and my friend were the only customer there. When weawe another staff for white primer, she answered me impatiently. Definitely a bad shopping experience for us. The staff judged the customers by their looks.

Walked in few times, no one bother to entertain. Staffs were busy chatting. I was a bit put off and rather not buy anything, even though there is a sale going on. I'd rather buy next time, but not at this branch.

Dont like the girl with hijab. Dont know anything about the products i asked and pressuring me by watching me all the time from near and far. Very ignorant and not friendly at all. Very bad customer service. Imagine asking whats the difference about product A,B,C (fragrance) and she said the colors. Yeah well done sasa !!

Staff needs to go to attitude class. Was about to buy some skincare decided to put back bcs the staff was giving attitude. Such a turn off to shop here
