I was trying on a pair of heels which I really like! One of the staff which Iām not mistaken called Wai Choon, grab those heels and sold it to another person. Personally, I felt he was offensive, racist and rude!

I selected a wallet with a price tag that has 40% discount and I asked the staff to double confirm the price, I went to the cashier to pay, the cashier asked me to pay the original price without any discount

I came because I wanted to buy a bag and purse, but when the service staff looked up and down, I didn't want to be served because I was wearing a sloppy shirt, it's not appropriate š ā¦

Follow me, there are no stars to give..no wonder the previous review of the truck is really very very bad especially the manager is a Chinese man & the assistant is a Malay woman..look at people like they can't afford to buy maybe they wear ā¦

Customer service is sucks. I went to try shoes now, the staff put sour face and indire tly doesnt want to help and we feel as if she wants us to leave. We are paying for the products and we want to choose the right one so these ppl at ā¦

The sales assistant was rude. When I asked the price, she made a face and said there was a price. People asked why the tag on the bag wasn't there. The shop was empty, so if it was crowded, it would be logical to show off and look tired. ā¦

staff rude af. tried on new shoes then i noticed there was dirt like a spot, the staff can blame me for the dirt haha āāi won't try for a few seconds it can leave a mark that is hard to remove on the shoes. with everyone's faces looking tired.
