They couldn't repair my phone,they say want to refund miney to my account that take time 14-21days but not I'm waiting about 1month the money still don't comes to my account.

Recently send my phone for repair, and they asked me whether I wanted to replace battery, but I refused cuz it was a bit pricy, plus that wasn't the biggest problem . But when I received back my phone it got worst, I mean like after they factory reset it got worst where my phone keeps bootlooping (previously when I factory reset there was no such problem at all), I was very disappointed in the servicing of the phone wherein it got worst, and earlier on it would take few weeks just to be able to fix my phone wherein it was just a trivial problem which should take just hours or the most a few days. Hope they could give a compensation. 😮💨😒
