Always used to have great experience whenever I visit. But today was different. They were so keen to take the payment but conveniently forgot to give my points. I had to ask for it. Even forgot to give my birthday claim. It's funny how I had to remind and double check everything. Make me feel so petty when they are the ones that promoted that.
