I went to Sephora last Friday and was assisted by a staff member named Syiera (or Shera, if I’m not mistaken). She gave a very detailed explanation and recommended a foundation that suits me well. Great job to Sephora Shah Alam for having such a helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Staff very polite & helpful from loading bay(Malay gentlemen) to Sephora staff (2 female Malay women) & 1 nepali (I think) in-store guard with plain clothes or staff (I was told guard), thank you very much, a good environment with awesome people. 5 star rating from me.
