I always enjoy dining at Siong Tong Gai. Their Signature Steamed Fresh Fish with Seafood is the standout, it’s also the dish I keep coming back for. The rest of the menu is comforting and consistently good. The atmosphere is warm while the service is attentive and engaging.

First time here, and I wasn't disappointed. The food served here is typical Chinese style and very flavoursome. They have their set menu whereby soup and veg are given. Definitely worth coming back here again. 👍 …

Ambience cool and cosy. Service is quick and attentive. The steamed Hoong Chou fish was most delicious and cooked just right, not overcooked nor undercooked. The Ko Lo pork was very tasty and chewy. The eggs were smooth and aromatic. The vege was crunchy and fresh. The fish soup was lovely.

Loved this place! The fish is literally swimming in the tank until you order it – super fresh. The lala soup was so flavorful I finished the whole bowl. Sour & spicy fried fish? Perfect with rice. Homemade tofu was soft and bouncy. Portions …

Overall, a great Chinese food restaurant. The signature soupy fish (we ordered dragon grouper) was delicious. The soup was decent, not too salty or sweet. Other dishes such as signature chicken chop, fish maw tofu, and pork belly were also …
