Women Skechers Running Shoe purchased on 18/03/2025 via RM 399 Salesman Mr Aiqil gave wrong information about shoes can be exchanged within 7 days if there is any change even after wearing. I was also surprised is it true, Mr Aiqil confirmed to me, Yes it can be after using. I only wore 1 day not in 15 minutes of walking I was sore and swollen. After 2 days I visited the Shah Alam branch Ms Fiza helped me she told cannot exchange get email approval from Sketchers. The answer is irrelevant. I just walked from there immediately send to email to the painter receipt, shoe condition and picture of my feet I got a rejection message about finished use then explain he was not problem on the manufacturing product maybe the design may not be the most suitable for your foot shape/type especially if you have wide feet. (but shoe condition good i already attached as per below? My question is: 1. Why do salesmen never give proper explanation about the product and suitable feet (such as foot shape and shoe type). 2. Are salesmen only focused on getting sales commission? 3. How do customers perceive Is this a business technique or a scam technique? I am a marathon runner. I have more experience with other branded shoes but this is the worst experience. From my experience how do I recommend to my friends & family to buy Sketcher which they do not keep their promises and do not tell. SKECHERS SHOULD BE IMPROVED TO ALL PRESPECT Not happy to give single star
