I shopped at Skechers Pyramid today with my kids and I came a cross 3 sales person Azim , Hasnizar and another person ( can’t recall their names and I hope the mentioned ones are correct ) . They were so accommodative to our requests. They made my shopping pleasant and inviting .

Very disappointed with the service. There was a bit of crowd but the staff couldn't even bother telling me they ran out of the size I wanted while I waited for almost half an hour there like an idiot.

Very very very bad service !Where is all this staffs comes from?How can you all hire such people to work in sketchers when you don’t even know how to attend to your customers and what your customer in needs?Staffs attitude is very rude especially when comes to getting sizes for customers,pls do something about it.

Skechers always my family favorite shoes. Went yesterday to buy basketball shoes for my son. Very friendly and professional staff here even though during puasa month. Their service is tip top! We had pleasant experience and well done to Azmi and the team. Will definitely come back again.
