My son going to standard 1 this year. So im excited to buy him school bag, n other things for his school. However, all sales personnel here were not helpful, not welcoming, make rude faces, not smiling at all. N im not the first one who said this. Hmm.. It was not a good experience.

Bad customer service. Talking to each other about personal matters even though there are customers. Asking one question and answering one question, especially the men, not customer friendly at all and sarcastic. If you don't like being a customer service staff, don't be, it will only ruin Simggle's name.
