Not buying sony wf product anymore, always battery drain prblm on xm4, now ask to buy new xm5 with discount instead repairing old one with cost arnd RM480. They acknowledge the issue is software related and cant be solved

Customer service tucked away into the far corner of the sony outlet. Brought my mini hi-fi for repair. Turns out it's 15 years old and out of production, parts unavailable? too. They were kind to offer me 20% off any product. Unfortunately, only sound bars were sold. Was looking for a mini hi-fi for my baby boomer parents. Lol.

The service staff here are very unhelpful. They keep pushing repairs and refuse to take responsibility for faulty products. My phone spends more time in this service centre than with me. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Sony produces good products. But once it breaks, the repair service here is terrible. They will never replace your item and keep insisting on repairing it. Most of the time my phone is at the service centre. What’s the point?
