NO security guard was stationed inside or at the entrance. Service was slow. Service counter is right at the doorway. Location of the place is so secluded, anyone can get robbed here. DANGEROUS place to do any kind of banking.

The front counter one Punjabi lady with spectacles she very rude didn’t know how to behave with customer and talk polite , only there is an Indian auntie at collection department help me to settle my credit card payment , please educate the staff lady which I mentioned how to behave and polite to customer

Useless bank.. overcharge credit card and furthermore already cancel 3 months ago but still keeping sending text card will be blocked. Account already deactivated how to get it across. And now calling everyday with different numbers to say card will be blocked. Stay clear from this unreliable and worst bank I've ever encountered
