It's a Starbucks. This outlet is situated within One Utama mall Kuala Lumpur. Has outdoor seatings (non-smoking) overlooking the artificial waterfall garden. Wifi was provided for free if you made a purchase. Crowded in the afternoon.

Brought my 3 kids to hang out here a while. Staff named Daniel attended to us. This guys is superb. Gave me a breakfast package that saved me a whole lot of money. They have this new Ginger Bread Latte drink. Nice for those who love the taste of Cinnamon & ginger.

The friendliness and service a bit lower compared with other franchise. For example, “scan yr Starbucks card”, “scan again yr card” instead of politely say “please scan yr Starbucks card”. People are expecting this because they are paying RM20 for coffee, not those affordable coffee in 7 eleven.
