Located inside Gurney Paragon near the Straits and Oriental museum, the yellow heritage building. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect place to chill, relax and work. Sockets available. Toilet is just nearby.

Love this Starbucks branch here, the stuffs very very friendly and kind. Only small miner is the air-condition here not cold. I know is not their fault maybe is the building air conditioner problem. Wish to stay here enjoy coffee longer.

I dropped by Starbucks Gurney Paragon today to pick up a bag of espresso coffee beans, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and pleasant the experience was. The staff here were genuinely friendly — greeting customers with warm smiles and offering quick, efficient service even though the store was quite busy. Within minutes, I got exactly what I needed, packed neatly and handed over with cheerful wishes. What I really appreciated most was how attentive and polite the baristas were — even for a quick purchase like mine, they made the effort to engage and ensure I got the right espresso beans. It’s small details like this that make a quick coffee run feel personal and pleasant. Definitely one of the better Starbucks outlets in Penang for both service and atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by — whether for your daily caffeine fix, some quiet time, or just to enjoy the festive spirit over a good cup of coffee!
