Ordered online, firstly they cut one of my food without informing or giving a second option.Then delayed my order two consecutives time. MY SANDWHICH WAS PREPARING IN THE KITCHEN FOR AN HOUR+.

Staff always cancel orders from Grab, so rude especially when we are working and only have limited time to eat. If you are not taking order online then please just remove your shop from Grab app

Every time I come here, always will have some problem somewhere. Few months ago it was cash only. Machine rosak. Then no cash, only card. Then now toaster rosak. Can even have a problem of being out of egg mayo. Not even 10 footsteps is vg. Staff no mood to work. Opening time always late. Do better

Ordered a BBQ sub from Subway on 2/6/2024 and unfortunately ended up with severe food poisoning. Shortly after eating, I experienced intense diarrhea, stomach pain, and vomiting that lasted for hours. This was an extremely unpleasant and distressing experience. I advise extreme caution when considering dining at this location."

Food normal. Ordered vegetarian garlic. The counter staff asked in a bit arrogant voice, cash can? I said yes. Then come to the sauce, I said like normal, all campur. The counter staff said, four only. Is there is a limit now on the number of sauce can b taken?

No proper training for your staff, they can’t even understand basic English. Don’t blame me, it’s not my fault. I won’t accept RM3. If you don’t let them know, I’ll place the order again tomorrow—will there be the same issue? WITHOUT CHEESE

Worst experience ever. Waited for almost 20 min right until 11.10am when we were told that the manager haven't arrive yet and they can't start operating. Even the vege and everything yet to be prep.
