We wanted to exchange money, but were met with a stern/rude and reluctant response. We ended up going to the money changer on the ground floor. It's better to choose a friendly employee who knows how to serve customers.

The male staff who works there is friendly (forgot to ask his name). He is meticulous as business involving money must be no error. One guy try to interrupt while I am still dealing with the staff, good things the staff reprimand the guy "wait for your turns".
