when im doing a transaction i check the invoice paper she doesnt give me an actual amounts same like the paper show which is 70 cents. after that i call the girl back then she pass me the 70 cents .

Gayu is a really nice and competent worker at this exchange. Her service is the best there is in KL. I just can recommend Suria Muhabat Exchange.

Not sure why everytime I come here the process is so slow. Service is really slow with long lines and took us 30 minutes just for a simple currency exchange. Price is good, just wouldn’t recommend coming if you are in a rush.

Best rate but they are moving sooo slowly ... after waiting approx 15 minutes they told me that they need the original passport for transactions above 2000 RM ( 400 € ) . Honestlt it s the first time in KL that they need original passport

Indian male staff was rude, shop was empty yet waited awhile at counter to even get acknowledged. And sgd dollar rejected cause it look old ?? No damages or anything but rejected.

Convenient location. Reasonable rates without hidden fees or anything unusual. Converted 60 USD here. Cards are accepted everywhere so you don't need too much cash anyway

Good rate for SGD. Very easy to get from MRT. The same floor where you come in and just head straight pass the eateries section. The employee was professional and easy to talk to, not rude as other reviewers claimed. Will come again!

Why are you hiring unprofessional and rude staff, they shown through their actions how uneducated they are. You are in TRX, lots of foreigners there please dont disgrace Malaysians in general with your attitude. Thats why the que beside is much longer and better rates.
