Ordered surimi hotate and waiting for close to one hour while having other sushi. Follow up twice only to find out that the sushi is no longer serving. Not removed from menu and no one is aware / bother to inform earlier about this when they saw my order. And there are not many customers in the store hence I don’t understand the inefficiency. Then when it comes to payment, system down and no one well versed with manual key in, waited another 5 mins for them to sort out the issues and discuss.

Probably one of the most disappointing sushi restaurants I’ve ever been. The salmon 🍣 is as pale as they come and not good tasting. The miso ramen is so salty, you can float in it if it was a floating pool 🏊♀️. NO MORE THANKS 🙏 and they runout of straws for the drinks 😳 …
