Very poor service. No one acknowledged us when we entered and we browsed on our own the entire time. What was especially rude was when we were looking at a tennis bracelet, a sales associate took it from right in front of us without saying anything to show another customer. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Woret customer service by a lady staff here... slow response, rude, and did not know how to manage priority... Dont bother to send complain email to the company, they will ignore you...

I love the staff over here. Alice Chan was the staff that helped me on picking the right item for my phone case. Although I'm quite picky.. but she still served me well and provide useful advice all the time. Highly recommended and very knowledgeable.
