Today 21/01/2026 Apple service at Aeon Shah Alam system down can't send my cable that has this problem... is this how Apple service customers... is it annoying for people to come and waste time and the service person asks to make another appointment... is it hurting the customer's feelings... I'm very disappointed... too bad
