As I shared in the other post about how horrible, lack of information the staffs of The Hour Glass Mid Valley Megamall, they have failed miserably to entertain and impress two branded watch rookies, LUCKILY I didn't force my husband for an impulse purchase just to throw some money on their faces. THANKS to them, we ended up in TAG HEUER The Gardens mall, I was reluctant at first, but then when we were lingering outside of the shop, the door opened by a staff and we stepped in, the setting and the lighting are comfortable and not intimidating. I was looking around like a villager, but Mr. Franco was patient and kind enough to listen to what we want, offer his perspectives and giving us time to consider, I didn't feel any pressure to ask questions, any questions, and it was a good arrangement (or it is just so happened) that not more than one staff is present when there is only one set of customer. It's now our goal to dress like a beggar to enter all these boutique shops for our annual splurge. >:-) Do look for Mr. Franco for a fun and relaxing purchase experience. Another incident that I observed there was two couples came in and one of them was trying out watch/es, and he was wearing it and taking some pictures, I noticed that the other staff who was attended to them just stepped aside to let them do that, I am not sure if this is a good practice , because people might just come in to try and take picture, but I was amazed by how he kept his cool and not judging in any ways. Thank you again. It was a pleasant shopping experience.
