Unfortunately even it says open 10am don't come before 10h30am as they aren't ready to serve you at 10h15am, still need 15 minutes to be ready. Best to change opening time to 10h30am or train staff to open on time.

I used to order signature brown sugar milk tea and roasted milk tea with grass jelly. Here I ordered the same thing, they follow the level of sugar and ice as requested. However, I order large size but given very little boba and grass jelly.

The female cashier staff is very unfriendly as if you did something to offend her. This outlet also never ask if you need less ice or less sugar, just takes your order like a robot.

Came at 10.20am for hazelnut choc with boba. Unfortunately Boba(pearl) is not ready until 11.30. Didn’t know that it will take 1hour to cook that pearl🤣. Omg the service.. Who is the owner of this franchise? please check your outlet lah🤦🏽 …

It's ok, just like any other Tealive, but this Kiosk is run by foreigners. I assumed the last was local, but she, too, was Myanmar. The drinks were great, not too sweet. Price is also reasonable.
