Customer service is non-existent, don’t bother

There isn't Matcha Mango at this outlet. Service was slow. I waited for 5 mins or more. The staffs wasn't sure how to prepare "the mango burst smoothie". I saw they were asking each other how to prepare this drink.

The server was talking and texting on the phone, rather than making my drinks. There is also no place to sit while waiting and the server is just taking his time making the drinks, better off went to mixue just the opposite.
