Bought 2 Snowy Bang Bang Milk Durian Milk Tea yesterday and both drinks were full of ice without any boba! So pricey and got cheated!! We only tried the drinks after we left Berjaya Times Square so we couldn't be bothered to go back. Won't be coming to this outlet again.

Very unprofessional and rude staff, he kept ignoring me and doing random stuff, then he served me a smoothie which is frankly full of sugar and pearls
