We went to order but they said close already, the time is not even 9:30 yet, its only like 9:25pm but they already refused to take the order, the worker ramai kot kalau closing at 9:45 pun sempat je, i was working at fnb too before and i do closing at 9:40 atleast and im the only staff yang closing kedai masatu

Just now, i ordered via apps pickup. When its ready, i saw one girl staff put that i assumed is my order at the pickup counter. She didnt say the number or called my name. I was the one who get up and take the order by myself. Please retrain the staff back.
