Staff were very friendly and gave 120% service. But that's all that carried the stars given. The outlet seemed to (greatly) lack comfort and atmosphere unlike most CBTL outlets. Internet is tough in this mall area, so the WiFi offered here is a Godsend. Just have to trouble one's self with registering/logging in.

me and my friend was serviced by the cafe supervisor herself (name starts with Z). An extremely arrongant, rude, ignorant and dissaponting person who is a shame to the many lovely people in the line of customer service. what is suprising is that her name badge said cafe supervisor…coffee bean - you are setting the wrong standards
