The staff with the name Sam really helpful, she willing to help to unlock my bag problem due to the code being dislocate as the airport staff might throw the bag make i cant open the password. She so helpful even i bought it at different outlet. Thanks to have this type of staff. Well done management.

My 3rd Lojel luggage here- customer service is excellent with good explanation of all products. I also sent my suitcases here for repair and it was always easy and convenient to do so.
