I had a very good experience with Diana’s service. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. On top of that, she was very friendly and approachable. She is very experienced with the engraving too! I was very indecisive with the engraving pattern, size and position. Thanks to her advice the engraving turned out so amazing! Thank you Diana! 🫶

Hi team, I love your products but the sales person at Gardens is either slow by nature or deliberate don’t answer people. You are driving sales away. Stanley competitor is just right out side of your shop. What is the management doing? You guys are much better, so be better!
