When I walked in to get 2 of my bracelets polished, the staff member who served me was rude. He was on his phone the whole time, no eye contact and look disinterested. He pulled out a tray for me to put my bracelet-all whilst still looking and typing on his phone. I expected better service from Tiffany & Co.
