Stupid Lift...to future developers please dont ever think of using this TKE..i just move in to my new house about a month ago and their lift keeps breaking down and always saying no spareparts..not even a year..what the hell is this?

Residensi SKY, just newly handed over to Resident nt even 3 years. Two lift down and left only one lift running at block C. Keep on saying waiting for spare part, one of the worst lift brand i see in Malaysia. Lousiest! Please refrain from using this brand in future, to all developer!

Horrible Lifts. No proper ventilation. The lift itself isn’t sturdy at all. Anytime you enter, it bounces a little - making it feel more unsafe.

New condo in Cheras Emerald 9, but lift keep on having issue. Everyday have incident about breakdown. And they keep send people to check, but issue not resolved. Suggest all people dont use their service.

The lifts they provided in newly built condo - Emerald 9 Cheras are worse than 10yrs old old condo. It so lousy and faulty. The lifts broke down everyday not to mention its slow speed and poor ventilation.

The lift install at Penang Alma The Sky Residence, operate not even 1 year, lift trapping issue, 3 lift per block all cannot function. What the hell is this?
