The service crew is great, helpful and very accommodating (permits outside food: snacks). However, the beef is a bit hard on most of the dishes served. Hardly have this unpleasant experience where it is hard rubbery texture.

Not really a Teppanyaki place. It's a regular restaurant offering, among others, teppanyaki dishes. They have ramen, donburri and okonomiyaki. It's ok, I've tasted better. The lychee tea though was refreshing and good.
