Had a wonderful first-time experience at TUMI The Gardens. The SA, especially Arriffin, was extremely helpful and polite in assisting me and my friend. His colleague (sorry I didnt get the name but was in the photo) was also very patient while helping me choose the perfect backpack. They were very knowledgeable too. If you’re unsure which outlet to visit, I highly recommend this one. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection available in-store — some of the items I saw were already sold out on the website. Great service and great variety. Will definitely be coming back!

Bad experience. Went for name embossing. No greetings. SA very arrogant, no manners. After embossing, that SA straight away gave the bag to us without assisting us to put the bag inside the dustbag and all. No thank you or what. Very disappointed with the services.

One of TUMI's flagship store in Malaysia (the other being the one on KLCC). The latest collections are on display, in the typical TUMI way and you cna always inquire about other items that may not be in stock. The staff was professional, friendly and knows their stuff. Will come again 👍
