Promotion is good now & many cute stuff. Buttt When i came there were two staff. One of them which is the Chinese girl was rude-ish and not helpful when i ask questions. Maybe her personality is just cold. But malay boy was pleasant and helped me.

They have a lot of good sales discounts but not guaranteed on the quality. It is kind of them to make donations to the charity. I hope they can provide gift wrapping service for free.

I love Typo, but the service here goes above and beyond. Kudos and much thanks to Jim AKA Azim, who was excellent in his attention and service. The other gentleman was also great.

I was there few days back to get some candles and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. She recommended the top selling candles. My daughter also likes to shop at typo one utama as they are always very nice and attentive. Keep up the good job.
