I think the staff need to be trained more on the usage of the app and payment scheme. They are very unsure of how the app works and payment to be done. I keep on going back because of the payment scheme and each time get different version and I become unsatisfied with the outcome.

Great experience here, just the waiting time is quite long even the queue got only 2 numbers ahead. However, the services from the staff named Izzat Zharfan is magnificently great and top notch, helped and assisted me from the beginning until it finish. Thank you again, might only come here if there is any issue related to uMobile.

2/1/2026 Walk-in di U-Mobile HQ, ambil through qr code and waited for about 30 minutes, still understandable… ramai customer and the staff did a very good job handling the crowd. Bravo. And the staff, Nas entertained me for upgrading Telco and Wifi Plan + TV
