Called them in to check my cooking hood keep turning on and off by its own. But the hood was fine, and the issues is on the house plug & wiring. They were kind enough to isolate the wiring to prevent any short circuit. Very good & easy communication too

My cooker have a problem. Call them up and only have an appointment today. Even heavy rain, Jack & Co show up. Without any hesitation, they did the replacements and repair. Good job. Keep up the good job.

The Vatti Flagship Store service team (Jack and another guy) came to my place to fix my cooker hood. They were very professional, polite, and efficient. The technicians also kept the area clean after the repair. Very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

Jack and Nesh were really pleasant to deal with. Punctual and polite and most of all, know their job well. They were fast and efficient while at the same time knowledgeable and friendly. In and out within 30 mins, I was most impressed.
